I was pulled over last night in Palm Beach County, FL and was discovered with a Budweiser box containing two beers and separately 2 bags of marijuana not totaling in at more than 4-5g.
I was written up an Arrest / Notice to Appear - Juvenile Referral Report. It listed the two charges for possession and set a court date for about a month.
Does the fact that I am 20 years old, and it says Juvenile Referral Report have any legal significance in my favor?
