Hi,

I am the father of a 15 year old daughter who has lived in California for 12 years. I recently moved to Arizona. Can I change jurisdiction to AZ or Ca myself since no parents live in Indiana anymore?

You can't change anything.
You can go to court and try to effect such a change.
It isn't that simple, if the other party contests your desire.
It also depends on who is the custodial parent.
You don't need to provide more information here, however.
You are far better off by visiting a couple or three attorneys in your county.
They will normally not charge prospective clients for the initial meeting.
That allows a savvy person to ask questions, understand what they are trying to effect, and find out how much money their desires will cost.
Good luck.....
