I talked to a lawyer and he said that with justification being withheld means I don't have a felony so if that be the case why am I having problems getting a job.And how can you get your license suspended for going to jail and not paying to be their. Is that legal?

You can keep asking the same question a million different ways.

That said, don't open another thread asking the same question.

Adjudication withheld doesn't wipe away the stain.

Your record still revels the arrest, and adjudication withheld is still a form of conviction.

You have a record, misdemeanor or felony, a stain is stain.

It may not be right, but its legal.

You did plead guilty to committing a crime.

They didn't just convict you for you, or anyone to get an adjudication withheld verdict, you plead guilty.

Sorry, only a pardon will cleanse away a criminal conviction.

Your argument need not be made here, as we are not a court of any resort.

If you feel you have been wronged, you are free to retain a lawyer and sue the wrong doer.

Or, you can attempt to do that yourself.

We understand completely what you're saying.

Even if we said you're right, it would mean nothing.

Your argument, should you choose to make one, is to be made somewhere in the state of Florida.
