If a Judge actively sitting on the bench and adjudicating cases before him has not complied with the Constitutional requirements relating to Oath and it's proper filing, of what consequence would his/her failure have on his opinions or decisions made while acting as Judge?

I'm not sure but I would doubt that it would have an effect on cases adjudicated. Misconduct that would affect the outcome of a case and result in a miscarriage of justice is a different matter. You seem to be asking about just the technicality of not filing the Oath of Office.
