I had an LLC business that I had to dissolve. Due to an employee steeling my equipment I had to close it down!The company that I got the equipment has a judgement duit against me, I see on my credit report.
Would it be wise of me to contact the attorney that is handling this and try to settle for the full amount or can I settle for a lower amount? What would you suggest for me to do with this?
When I pay for this will it be removed from my credit?
