I have a strange question here:

A creditor filed an amended final judgement certified in my county.

1st They never filed the original copy judgement only the amended version.
2nd The Amended version does not spell out what is different than the original
3rd The Amended Judgement was filed before 30 days after the court order.

Question:

Since the original version or copy of original was never filed can this cause the lien not to attach?
Since the amended version filed didn't differentiate the unfiled original or state why it was different can this cause the lien not to attach?
Doesn't Florida Law require a 30 day timeframe for Lien filings to permit the defendent time to appeal? Does this cause the lien not to attach?

I understand that nothing really causes a lien to be invalid but there are items preventing the attachment until corrected.

Thank you!
