Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks Joint Bank Account Theft

My father has access to my bank account because for a minor to open a bank account their parent's name needs to be on there as well. He has never deposited a penny into the account. All the money came from my paychecks. He recently cleared the account of every cent and moved it into his account. What can be done to get my money back?

Nothing. If you are a minor then your parent has every right to do this. It isn't your money until you are 18.
