This post is far too vague to be useful. Every court in each jurisdiction has its own manner in which it prefers briefs to be presented to the court. You would do best in speaking to the clerk of the court you need to file and he/she may have a sample complaint/reply that you could use and they have available for reasons of people seeking to represent themselves in their case or appearing "pro se."
