Corporate Law job suspension information

Okay so on Friday I randomly got called into my managers office and he said he has many videos of me on my phone and told me to go home until they hear back from human resources it is now almost Wednesday I'm calling and there giving me the run around. . They never gave me any paperwork stating my suspension I never signed anything so basically they just sent me home.. and also they didnt give me a time frame for when I can come back what I think there doing is keeping me on suspension until I quit so they wont have to give me unemployment benefits does all this sound right or can I do something about it?

Nothing sounds illegal. But you can file for unemployment anyway. They don't have to formally fire you or suspend you - if you are not working and not being paid you can file.

They don't have to give you a time frame re your suspension. If you are on unpaid suspension (sounds as if you probably are), then file for unemployment ins. as suggested. The state will decide if you qualify.
