I was arrested for public intoxication in January. Because I'm going to visit my country I had to move back trial in the court and asked for help attorney. I am afraid of my record so attorney asked judge for another hearing and so on. The judge told if I will take 20 lessons before next appearing in the court I will be dismissed. I'm going to do it, but the most important part of it is the question on the form DS 156 of course: "have you ever been arrested .......". The attorney after first "meeting" in the courtroom said that I have no convictions now and I should answer "No". I have read the forum and it is not considered to be a crime of moral turpitude. But I was arrested and I really don't know how to answer.
I don't have other convictions.
Thank you for any help.
