I started a small closely held business with a partner. It is a C corp in Delaware. We had a falling out about 5 years ago. He controlled the majority of the stock(51%) and kicked me out of the business. The business is doing pretty well and I still own 47 1/2 % of the stock. I have gotten nothing for my investment since I left. Is there anything I can do to put pressure on him to buy me out at a fair price. What would be my options if any?
