Is there anything I can do?

I was terminated today from a position that I started in 11/07. I had been having trouble learning some of the aspects of the job and in a discusssion with my manager was told that my probationary period would be extended for two months and that I would be provided with additional training. It has been just under a month since that conversation and in that time I have not recieved any additional training. Inspite of this I did make improvements in my proformance. Additionally, the person training me has done everything possible to make me look bad. Do I have any legal rights in this scenario?

You have the right to file for umemployment and seek new work. Outside of that sorry you have nothing else you can act on
