Trademark Is there a likelihood of confusion?

Hello.

Do you see a likelihood of confusion in the following trademark example:

Two trademarks:

1) "Wupegga" (woo-PEG-guh), a company that helps other companies in their Google search results;

2) "Woopiga" (woo-PIE-guh), a company that allows users to post videos/blogs online (think Youtube or Wordpress) and find friends.

In your personal opinion, is there any likelihood of confusion between the two?

I wouldn't be confused by the two names, no their disparate goals.
