Is my money safe?

My husband has just been notified that his house from his previous marriage has been foreclosed.
Can you advise if my bank accounts - in my sole name - are safe please.

Your money is safe from HIS debts. Joint accounts are not safe.

Last year I purchased a sprinter cargo van for my husband as a gift (he is an expeditor) the title obviously was put in his name - we live and work in the sprinter.
Can they take this from us?

It is unlikely that they will come after your husband. First of all his divorce decree likely makes his ex responsible for the debt. Secondly, lenders are not going after deficiencies like they use to. If they do come after your van, there is little you can do about it. But I do not think they will.
