Here's my situation...
My mom has a credit card (under her name only) with a balance and I've been sending in the payments with MY checks. We have a joint bank account but it's primarily My account.
My mom is filing bankruptcy and giving up on the home that is under her name and credit. If I stop sending in the payment will they come after ME or is it just her credit that gets ruined even though I sent the payments. How will her filing for bankruptcy effect me? Please help!
