Is my lease valid?

I currently am in a 1 year lease. This is my 3rd renewal of the lease and I noticed that the person listed as the landlord and the sole owner of the property did not sign or initial the lease at all, however her husband did. He is not listed anywhere on the lease and is not on the mortgage or deed. Does this nullify my lease? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

No. Not a bit.

He is acting as her agent, just like a property management company would act as somebody's agent.
