Is my Husband entitled to half the house

I want to get a divorce, my husband signed a quit Claim deed giving me the house 3 yrs ago...Now that we are going for a divorce, he want half the house..Can he get that since the house is in my name now???

You did get an answer. Props to lwpat. Your husband can present his case to a judge. What happens then is anybody's guess. Usually a quit claim deed prevents any future claim to the property. Whether it does so in your case depends on all the circumstances of your case.
