Im a single mom from California. My daughter is disabled and in April 2007 she was injured at school because Staff repeatedly left her inappropriately unaattended. Injury sustained to my daughters leg/knee was bad enough we had to call an ambulance to take her from school to the hospital. I had been led to believe that the school employees responsable were going to be held accountable but they were not. My daughter went on to high school - She graduated from the middle school where the injury occurred. But in addition to my own personal anger over what happened to my daughter, I am haunted by the thought that another child could fall victim to the neglect of the school. The injury happened on April 17, 2007- is it too late?
