I was at a local tavern. I parked in their parking lot. The only signs posted in the lot stated that the parking lot was for use of customers of the business only. There is nothing stated on the sign about damages. While I was inside of the business someone hit my car causing significant damage. They left without leaving any information. A basic hit and run. I believe that whoever hit my car was a patron of the business as well and was probably intoxicated and scared. I am wondering if the business owner can be held responsible for the damages to repair my car. Thanx for your help!!!
