Hello,
When I was 25 I met a girl at a bar she told me she was 21, she looked and sounded 21 so we became friends I later found out she was 16 when I was arrested. I was charged with lewd and lascivious on a minor. After the details of the situation came out and her admitting she lied about her age the charge was lowered to a felony battery and I received a withhold of adjudication on the battery and a no action on the L&L. I was given 5 years probation which I violated with a DUI, I received a with hold of adjudication on the violation of probation but pleaded guilty on a misdemeanor DUI.
I work in the financial field and this does not look good on my record what I have mentioned above is the only arrest I have. My question is would I be able to seal the L&L that comes up as no action when you look it up online, the Felony Battery with a withhold of adjudication and the violation of probation with a withhold of adjudication. Your advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
