I have purchased an investment property under my llc in Texas. We financed this property through a private money lender loan under the llc but i did signed a personal guarantee. My credit report does not shows the mortgage or the loan since the loan was not applied through my credit.
Will foreclosure on this property show up on my credit since I am the guarantor or will the foreclosure be done on my business credit for the llc?
