Invalid Foreclosure

I have a second mortgage,it's a private investor,he said the foreclosure sale date was 9/18'06.I found out later,that it was invaid,he did'nt follow procedures as required by my state.He took my name off title and put his name on 9/6/06,berfore the alleged sale date.The first knew nothing of the foreclosure,now they have filed a nod.The second filed an unlawful detainer,the judgeruled against me and my family&i are locked out.I filed for an appeal,but i don't have a court date yet.
