Hello,
I've placed an order with Oakley US online for delivery also in US since I live here using an international card.
Oakley refused to sell to me because of the credit card saying they would have to defer to the Oakley in the same country of the credit card even tough their policies do not mention anything regarding paying with international credit cards (they only say they don't ship to international locations which is not my case).
Can they do that?
Is this characterized as discrimination or violates some consumer law practices?
Thank you.
