I had an insurance company that had taken money out of my account after i had cancelled my policy. I have made countless phone calls and have spoken to several people including thier supervisors. I was innitialy given incorrect information to cancel my policy. They assured me that a check was sent out and that i would recieve it within one week. I have been waiting for this check for nearly a month and it has been over a month since the money was debited from my bank account. The cusomer service at this company has been rude to me/ Makying rude comments twords me, and several of the incompetent employees have been giving me false information. I am 20 years old and i work full time to make my bills i need some sort of retribution for this... What should i do?
