if a criminal complaint is filed, charges are brought against someone by the same DA and comissior who signed the affidavit knowing the PC section of the complaint is not true, is that a trifecta of perjury?
On the complaint it says the officer downloaded 3 files, but when I got discovery, he said the suspect device disconnected before he could download any of the files.
What about if the "thing to be ceased is not found the place to be searched"?No contraband at all.
In an application for forensics expert examine to look at my hard drive my lawyer wrote:comes now the defendant pursuant to the 5th 6th and 14th amendments to the United States Constitution.
Any idea?
