INS Cheated--
I have solid proof that a foreign company with US headquarters at CA regularly de-frauds the INS by providing false VISA petitions (L1) to the INS and obtains large number of L1 VISAS for its employees to work in the US. I have been a principal victim of this illegal racket and wish to expose this company in a bid to make America a better place to work-in for foreign nationals and also with the intention of bringing the guilty to book. Please let me know how I may proceed....
