Ok,here's the situation. First time felon. I was convicted of dealing a schedule 2 controlled substance in 2001.Sentenced to 10 years in prison, 4 years suspended, plus credit for 468 days served awaiting trial, actually served 3 years with "Good Time Credit" Also sentenced to 4 years probation after release.

Shortly after release to probation in 2004, I was revoked on a dirty urine screen,I was held 56 days until the hearing.

At the hearing the Judge gave me 56 days credit and sentenced me to complete rehab.Rehab was successfully completed and I am actually 2 years into an internship to become a licensed addiction counselor.

Now the question...Does this 56 day credit the Judge gave me reduce the amount of time on probation? If so,by how much? 56 days,112 days,or no reduction at all in length of probation?

Thanks-ScooterKat:)
