Incorporation Codes can be referring to that body of law which governs corporation law, including incorporation and matters that govern such entities. There may be registration requirements each year which must be paid to the state and be renewed, for example the fees paid for an LLC - Limited Liability Corporation. If the fees are not paid, the corporation can lapse and lose its active status. After a period of time, a dead corporation can still be revived but issues may still be present if the company is operating during the non-active status.
