in laws own property

me and my soon to be divorced wife moved into a mobile home owned by my mother in law she moved to rhode island the home was supposed tobe ours but her father wanted to stay with us and we let him we have lived here and payed bills for almost two years i went to jail for about 28 days when i came home she said she wanted a divorce and my father in law said i had to leave well the local sheriff said they couldnt make me leave without eviction proceding being done both wife and father i n law moved out to mother in laws apt in mobile ala and yet he continues to clome to the residence and change locks and has even called the po.lice to report a nbreakin while i was at work and has been threating to haveme arrested forttresspasing . what can i do the bills have been forwarded and i have been unable to reason with them.
