Someone has been impersonating me from skype and sent message to another person in the form of harassment, I am not sure what action I should take?
Will this be a case for lawyers or what other alternatives i should take?
 
You live in the UK. We don't know much about UK law, except to say, see a solicitor.

You do know, or you should investigate how difficult it would be for someone to use a Skype account in the name of another person absent the person's permission.

Most people, including prosecutors (assuming the harassment is criminal), wouldn't buy the argument that Bobby sent the messages posing as me. The old, "I been hacked" defense is rarely successful in the USA.

I suspect it does happen, and you could try arguing this is how you were "hacked".
I'm told MOST of those sites are nothing but "malware" sites.
Proceed at your own peril.
I simply searched for the sites.
I would advise NOT to download anything unless you know the source.
