Miserable case

I came to Las Vegas on vacation when I was entrapped by a cop and arrested for soliciting prostitution. One of my concerns is that I have my interview for naturalization coming up in 3 weeks and after that my oath. I am pending court date until February. Will this affect my ability to become a US citizen when I am still pending charges?

You'd better read the following article:

Criminal Charges or Convictions on Your U.S. Citizenship Application

Then hire yourself a criminal defense attorney and an immigration attorney.

Hope you have a barrel full of money with which to pay attorneys. Otherwise, you are sunk.

You are going to have to admit to the charges during your interview and that's likely to postpone your naturalization pending the outcome.

Don't even think about concealing it because the US will find out eventually and could revoke your citizenship based on fraud and boot you out of the country.
