A Canadian female comes to the US and marries a man.She hasnt gotten divorced but they split and she has been living with another man for at least the last 5 years. Can she be deported?

How do I go about notifying authorities about this?

That is very easy for you to accomplish, buddy.

One way:

Deportation | USAGov

Another way:

How to Report Illegal Immigrants

Here you go, report the scofflaw:

How can I report an illegal alien?

Call 1-800-BE-ALERT

Illegal Aliens:

You may contact the Border Patrol Sector Border Patrol Sectors | U.S. Customs and Border Protection where the illegal aliens are located, and ask them to investigate further.

You can also report the scofflaw to HSI officials:

You may report the violator by anonymously using this site HSI Tip Form or you could report the scofflaw to ICE via the toll-free HSI Tip Line, (866) 347-2423.

Once you make the report, you'll have to wait for the law to respond, as there millions of criminals being removed monthly.

Please be patient as these wonderful federal agents are busy these days arresting the millions of criminals who have invaded this great nation.

Thank you very much

There is nothing about the unofficial split with the husband and subsequent relationship that makes her automatically deport-able. You are also suspiciously silent on what her immigration status is at the moment. Is she on a TN visa? Green card? "Dual" citizen? Has she committed some crime for which she has been charged and convicted?

What details are needed

Well...for starters...

How long ago did this woman come into the U.S.? What was her status upon immigrating? Has that changed in the time that she's been here? Has she become a U.S. citizen or is citizenship in the works? Why has the woman or her husband not filed for divorce? Why do you think deportation might be possible or warranted? Which of the three persons mentioned in your original post is a member of your family? Why are you concerned about your "family's life [sic]" being ruined?
