I am a married man and have impregnated a lady who will deliver in February. I have a student visa but my visa expires soon in March and my study is successfullly completed.
Do I have the legal right to extend my stay here and work for some time since I would like to be close to my baby in his early childhood and care for it. Perhaps I need to add that am talking about the law in Germany.
