Criminal Law Immigration and previous arrest

My wife was arrested before for a misdemanor offence and she meets the petit cime exception and also she got expungement of the arrest records signed by the judge at the same court date.
My question is when she leaves states and return does she need to mention it when she eneters states. I mean on the I-94 and will she have any poblems? and what can she do to avoid any of these problems??

For what kind of crime was your wife arrested?

Generally you'll have issues with Moral Turpitude crimes, defined as "conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals." Some examples of conduct within this realm include, but are not limited to fraud, and these acts for example:

Making false representation
Knowledge of such false representation by the perpetrator
Reliance on the false representation by the person defrauded
An intent to defraud
The actual act of committing fraud
