My (Jamaican) husband is currently in Canada on a student visa. I (also a Jamaican) do not have a visitors visa for Canada. I am currently in Florida and would like to know how I can cross over the border to see him. Would I have to go back to jamaica and get a visitors visa for canada? or can i get a visitor's visa for canada, right here in the states?
