Im in a bussines and law class and i need some help
my case consist on a person named Mr. Meek he had arranged took out a license for the marraige and made the meeting to the minister. While the marraige was going he changed his mind and didnt want to get married. He did not say I do or any type of consent. But the Minister and Mrs. Meek decided that he was shy so they decided for him. Would this be an invalid marraige?
