Hello,
My boyfriend (illegal immigrant) and I (USA citizen) live together and about to have a son. My due date is in February of 2011. The situation in which my boyfriend is that he came to USA for the show for 7 days. (He was a singer. So I think he came to USA with his travel Visa. His passport is not expired yet.) After 7 days, he should leave USA and come back to Vietnam but he didn't. He has been living in USA for more than 2 years since the day his visa expired. Now I am about to have a child with him. What can I do so he can still live in USA? I don't want to be a single mom and I don't want my child doesn't have a father. I heard that he may get deported for 5 to 10 years. It's too long. I am 27 yrs and my boyfriend is 35 yrs old. Please help us. Thank you very much.
