i been illegal for 25 in this country,married twice,four kids. I never
try to get my green card for the follow reason,when i was only 15
my mom lost my familys I-94 so i was never able to proof i enter legal
in to the U.S.
I went to see a lawyer and gave me some hope but my husband didn't file no taxes last year,my mom is wiiling to give me her income but im not sure is that would be enough or how much will he have to make in a year?
