I had a judgement against me a year and a half or so ago. I was making payments until my wife was laid off from her job. I began making smaller payments and the collector told me that it wasn't good enough, so I stopped making any payments until it could be afforded. Today, I was checking my account on-line and noticed a withdrawal of everything in my account. I was never informed that this was going to happen. Is it ok for them to do this, as I am the only one working and having to pay all other bills, they have a financial affidavit and they know what I make, and what I pay?
