What can be done about Verbal harassment and provoking one?
The police were called out when the neghbor came at me and mouthing off to me and was told to shut up and leave me alone. Now his kids are trespassing and they all antagonize me in my own yard. I have to go inside or in the back to avoid them. This is crazy! ( they have busted our vehicle windows and dented our cars) Since having all these damages, security measures are in place now.
Keeping in mind they are low life scum! ( they are jealous of us and try to copycat us but don't have the money to keep up with us)
Any criminal avenues I can use? What rights to I have?
