Garnishment If I file chapter 7

Can I get my wages, that have been garnished in the last 60 days back or does my employer send them to the creditor right away? thank you

They are sent to the creditor. You must first undergo credit counseling in the US.

That depends on the bankruptcy, actually. A simple no-asset Ch.7 will result in at least some of the funds taken during the previous 60 days.
