I was the victim of identity theft from a family member which I never filed a police report and just went thru the long process of having everything removed without having the family member held responsible.Now everything has been taken off my credit and the sitiuation is now about five years old.This same family member has again commited identity theft against another family member and I would like to know if since I had everything cleared up and its been almost five years if i could still file a police report so this person can not only be charged with the second Identity Theft,but the first as well.This all happened in Montana.
