I would like to know what a maximun sentence would be for this offense P.C.666.
I have a friend who plead guilty last june to grand theft
She is on 3 yrs formal probation
She was charged with pc 666 . they have tape of her taking the item bottle of pills and then found the empty bottle in her house when they searched
These were taken from a orange county sheriffs home
She also just got charged with a DUI
She ran over a mail box and told neighbors that she had taken pills a 1pm in the day
How much time is she looking at?
