Corporate Law I want out of LLC

I want out of an LLC but do not wish to desolve it because my partner wishes to continue the business. Can I draft a letter giving 100% of the LLC to him and if so are there any templates for such or must I hire a lawyer to draft the letter and any other documents I may need?

I want to sell my bussiness but my partner does not

We own a very small company,50% each one,my parter wants more than that from our asking price :no:because she says I am the one who is in a hurry from selling it and we could ask for more money,but is going to take more time to find a buyer.We bought this bussiness 50% and 50%.She does not have the money to buy me out.How can I get out of this bussiness with the 50% in my pocket?:yes:
