Eviction Grounds I need to have my niece evicted before I lose everything.

My uncle rents a mobile home. Around August 2013 my sister went to him and said she and her 4 kids needed a place to stay for a couple weeks, just until her boyfriend could finish working on this mobile home and then they were going to move in together. She is still there. In the beginning, she verbally agreed to do certain things in return for letting them stay there. 1) She agreed to give him $500 when she filed her taxes. 2) She would watch her kids and clean up after them. 3) She agreed to clean up around the house as needed. My uncle also bought anything she or her kids needed. Well she did not give him any money at tax time, she wont do anything. Her kids are destroying the house and all his contents. If you say something to her about it she says, "I'm not doing anything, and you cant kick me out."Is there anything he can do, or is she right? He wants them out before they completely destroy his place.

He'll have to take her and her WRECKING CREW to court and evict them.

If the trailer is in a park, it is very likely she is not on the lease and never obtained permission to live there from the park owners. They could give her a no trespass warning if they elect to get involved.

While he is working on the eviction he can take other steps to make living there uncomfortable for them.
Stop buying things for them. Stop buying groceries and providing other conveniences for them to mooch from. Report any act of violence to law enforcement and seek restraining order.

On the lease or not, she has been there for nearly a year. It will take an eviction to force her out. However the landlord could handle the eviction instead of the OP.

Who said anything about starving kids? OP didn't even mention any children he is responsible for.

As for the mooch, she can take her kids to a shelter, social services, or a variety other places if she can't care for them.
