My 30 years old daughter moved her boyfriend into my home without my permission over a year ago. He does not pay no rent, and it just making my home an uncomfortable place. I told them that this arrangement is not working out, and honestly I can't afford all the bills and food for another adult. They are refusing to leave. What is the legal process of getting him to leave? There is no lease also .

You evict them in accordance with your states laws

They could argue they have a "tenancy at will" which requires a 60 day notice to vacate in the state of Georgia. Sorry that this seems like forever but you have allowed this person to reside in your home without your permission for over a year.
