Hello,
I am looking for an attorney to help me. I am looking for an attorney wo will take the case on a 1/3rd percentage basis.
I sold a house to my mother, and help a 2nd for 80k, than I became very sick, while I was sick, she came to me and said, she was going to refinance and pay me off, but the problem was that she needed me to sign off on the note so she would get approved for the mortgage. I did that and she immediately signed the house over to my sister.
Now I know this is family, but I dont care, I want my money from them, they had no problem stealing it. I am told I have a very good case by a lawyer/friend who is not licensed in CT.
With interest this note should be worth about $140k
Any referrals out there?
