Want to add my wife to the title on property, how? The goal is to have both our names on it together

Easy. Quitclaim deed. You as Grantor. You and her as Grantees jointly with right of survivorship (if that's how you want to do it). Then record the document.

You can probably find samples all over the internet but you'd be better off paying a lawyer a couple of hundred to make sure it's done right.
