Hi can some body please help me with this .
I had my NIW EB2 ,I 140 applied in nov 2003 and then had my I 485 applied in jan 2004. My I 140 got approved in may of 2005.
also i have approved EAD and ADVNCE PAROLE based on my pending 1 485. I ALSO HAD FINGER PRINTING done in NOV 2005.
MY five years of NIW WILL be up in july of 2006 and then iwill be eligible for my AOS approval.
But now i have found that on Questions regarding criminal history , inspite of the fact that iwas not convicted and case was dismissed by the prosecutor re shoplifting which happened in 10/98 , i still had to mark yes to the question on 1 485 wich i didnt, as i was charged for it .
Therefore now since i know , i want to give this info to CIS before they find out themself and deny my application for false statement and lying.
Can anybody tell me how can i do this . do i have to file a new I 485and withdraw this or is there a way of sending this info to CIS to add this to my current I 485 pending application
