Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone knows any tricks on how to avoid tickets from hitting your insurance.
I was told by a car salesman (I know I know, not always a good source of information) that if you are paying off a ticket in monthly installments and you over pay even by a few dollars on the last month that they will send you a check back in the mail for the overage. Now if you never or lets say don't cash it for 3 years the account will remain open and therefore never closed and never sent to your insurance company.
Does anyone know if there is any validity to this?
